How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

Customers should contact us before returning a product

Return Exceptions

We will not refund a product if it doesn’t meet these conditions

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

Items on sale aren’t eligible for refunds

 

Return due Damanged Goods

You can return your Seasonsial products for an exchange or refund as long as the products have not been worn and/or washed or damaged in any way.

Should you wish to exchange or obtain a refund, please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

For any exchange or refund, please send an email to orders@wearelane.com stating your name and address.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card or Stripe account used at time of purchase.

For any exchange, a new confirmation email will be sent to you providing further information.

Should a swimsuit be lost while shipped for exchange or refund purposes, Seasonsail will not be held responsible for the loss.

Should a Seasonsial product arrive damaged, please contact us at returns@seasonsail.com and we will assist you promplty.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Customers can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
